WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

INSTORE PURCHASES

Sunny and West does not accept refunds for a simple change of mind. We will happily offer our customers the option to exchange or receive a credit note (with no expiry). This process must be made within 7 days of date of purchase - any time after this period, we cannot accept any returns. 

  • The item/s must be in original condition, original packaging with all tags remaining in place and proof of receipt.
  • Your item(s) must be returned in store in person within 7 days of date of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items 

For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, activewear, headwear, bralettes and jewellery are not eligible for return. Please keep this in mind and we hope you understand.

For Faulty in store purchases, we will endeavour to exchange or find replacement or credit note/Refund.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

Sunny and West does not accept refunds for a simple change of mind. We will happily offer our customers the option to exchange or receive a credit note (with no expiry). This process must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase - any time after this period, we cannot accept any returns. 

  • The item/s must be in original condition, original packaging with all tags remaining in place and proof of receipt.
  • You must lodge your return within 14 days of date of purchase via our return portal - we will then let you know where to return your item(s)
  • We do not accept returns on sale items 
  • All return shipping costs incurred when returning are to be paid for by the returning customer, unless the item is deemed faulty.

FAQ

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Sunny and West are not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost

 

Have you received my return?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address 

If I make a purchase using a discount code, is this considered a sale item and ineligible for a return?
If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return but only for a store credit or an exchange. 
My item is faulty/incorrect, what do I do?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourselves on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at hello@sunnyandwest.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further. 
 

Return Policy

Any returns which fail to comply with the above information will be sent back to you. Please note that while very effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. 

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Sunny and West is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay.
